When will I receive my order?
As all products are customise/made when bought. Your orders are shipped out directly by our partners and our team does everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!
Can I track my order?
YES, you will receive AWB number on your mail/registered number once your order is dispatched. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of AWB number. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to email us at [email protected] (usually revert back in 24 working hours).
What happens if my order get stuck or lost in the mail?
The postal service is out of our control. All of our orders are sent by our partner shipping company. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!
