NOTE: We have uploaded size chart along with every product, so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
As all products are customise/made to order so refund won’t be possible. Product will only be Replaceable/Exchanged if customer have received wrong or defective product.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, you have to cancel the order within 24 hours from placing the order.
Exchange
Exchange of product is only possible if you received wrong or defective product.
To submit an request for product exchange:

- Send photos/video about the issue.
- Once the issue has been confirmed by our customer support team. You have to courier back the product to us (you have to pay for courier for the product you’re sending back to Shinkly).
- It may take 7-8 working days to resolve the issue.
